Celebrated our anniversary and my partner's birthday here while we were in town. The staff really knocked it out of the park service wise. HUGE fans of the build your own seafood tower option. Be warned, the butter cake is way bigger than we thought it was going to be, LOL

If you know Mastros, then you know their fine dining, mixed in with yummy cocktails and spectacular food, sells itself. Sprinkle in 5 star service from server, Andres, to the bussers, to the hostesses, to the manager checking in to make sure all is on point. You get what you pay for & is nothing short of a fantastic dinner! Ambiance is busy with the main dining room full, as well as their bar. Lounge singer with the pretty voice created a cool & cute vibe. You cannot go wrong if you find yourself dining here at one of the Valley's best.

I've been to Mastro's City Hall location 3 times over the last 2 years and now it's an absolute go-to every time I'm in town. First, the food.....outstanding. Love all the little nuances they add to go along with your steak: truffle butter, bone marrow butter, all the sauces and sides available, and no matter which cut you prefer they have it all, even Wagyu! I had the 12 ounce bone-in filet and it was cooked to perfection. The lobster mashed potatoes, creamed corn and truffle-butter sauteed mushrooms didn't disappoint either. And you can NOT leave this place without trying out their trademark warm butter cake for dessert (although I was so full I took mine to go!). But what makes this place really special is the service. Unlike many restaurants these days they have plenty of staffing and everyone does their job to a tee. Our server, Daniel, was simply one of the best servers I've ever encountered (and it was consistent with our past visits when Rudy took such good care of us!) Their GM, Jeff, even stopped by the table to check on us and ensure everything met or exceeding their standards and our expectations. As someone who has worked in a high-end steak house for much of my career myself, I can be quite picky when it comes to going out. Mastro's City Hall hits it out of the park every time.

Once a year my son and I celebrate our annual spring training trip with a night at Mastro's. As usual...what an amazing steak experience and our server Christopher helped make it one for the ages. Oh...the butter cake....the butter cake! It is one of the most three dimensional concepts I have ever eaten.

Business casual / formal environment. They have a dress code, that I highly recommend reviewing before visiting. They have the ability to deny service based on attire. The food was delicious!!! I loved the bread service. I loved my chopped salad. The crispy skin on the roasted chicken - melts in your mouth delicious. Great service from the front door to the table. The team of staff worked well together and created a great dining experience for everyone. We took a car service, so I can't comment on parking options. I would definitely revisit if I'm in the area again.

Came here right after eating at Uchi on Tuesday evening because he really wanted steak lol. We shared a steak and dessert. It looked pretty busy for a Tuesday night. Service is always good here. We were seated at a different table in the bar area at first but had asked to be moved to the side with booths instead. Staff were all friendly and accommodating. Our order: Large San Pellegrino $10 Ube cocktail w/ Rum $19 Stoli Dirty Martini x2 $54 Bone In Kansas City Strip $73 Creamed Spinach $16 Butter Cake $19 He asked for the steak to come out sliced so we could share. I was pretty full already so only had a few bites. Think I liked this steak better the last time we were here. It needed to be cooked just a bit longer. Wanted to save room for the delicious butter cake! We killed the dessert and I took home the leftover steak and side. I forgot the name of my ube cocktail. It comes with tequila but I subbed it with rum instead since I don't drink tequila. It was good! Im sure we'll be back again at some point

My absolute favorite fine dining spot. The steak and sides always hit the spot! My husband is a big fan of the bone marrow butter, and I'm obsessed with the crab cake. Service is attentive, and atmosphere is perfect for a date night or special celebration. We've tried a handful of steakhouses around the valley, and we always come back to Mastro's because of the consistent quality. Be sure to dress up! They also offer complimentary valet.

This was the best fine dining experience I've had in a while. The service was top tier, shout out to our server Billy and the rest of the service team for making our first time dining at Mastro's the best ever! We dined here to celebrate at birthday and the experience made the celebration extra special. I had the Twin lobster tails and the Exilir 27 Sangria. For the table we had bread service, the Chopped Iceberg Wedge and Lobster mashed potatoes. Everything was SO DELICIOUS! If you're looking for a great fine dining experience, I highly recommend checking out Mastro's.

My husband and I dined at Mastro's City Hall for a weeknight dinner date night. We were greeted immediately upon arrival and seated at a table around the bar area. I liked this seating since we were able to see outside and were close to patio door which let in a fresh breeze. To start off dinner, we got the bread basket. I liked the offering, especially the pretzel bread & the brown bread which had some sort of dried fruit in it. They offer a variety of steaks, as you'd expect; my husband chose one for his meal. I opted to get the crab cake. And we shared a variety of side dishes - creamed spinach, wild mushroom & black truffle gnocchi, and lobster mashed potatoes. This was a lot of food! The sides dishes were large enough to share and quite tasty, although very heavy and decadent. Out of the three, I liked the gnocchi the most followed by the creamed spinach. The crab cake was not too bad, but didn't have too much flavor. I didn't really care as much for the dipping sauce that came with it. My husband said the steak was good, cooked as specified. I'd say overall, 3.5 stars but rounding up to 4. I probably should've sprung for a steak given the general prices since the price of the crab cake really wasn't worth it. Our server was attentive and efficient. When everything was brought out, they offered to serve the side dishes, which was nice. If you're celebrating a special occasion, this would be a good spot to consider!

I chose this restaurant to celebrate my birthday and boy did I feel special. My first time here and this was the best fine dining service experience ever. My sister planned for our parents to fly in as a surprise and dinner here with my family was the icing on the cake. Our waiter Billy was phenomal. He was personable, friendly, humorous, and kind. The other wait staff, management, and hostesses were awesome in making us feel as valued diners. The restaurant is very clean and well kept. The ambiance is cozy and intimate. Perfect for any type of dinner date. The food was served strategically to ensure everyone's meal came out at the same time. Being served was a delightful experience. The lobster mashed potatoes was the highlight of the sides and the steaks were delicious. The signature butter cake was excellent. Not too sweet, but just right. Served with ice cream and also a side of whipped cream made from scratch. Mouthwatering good. Looking forward to another amazing dining experience soon.
